ICA Maxi Västervik is the leading grocery store in the municipality, currently on an exciting growth journey where we have made significant strides in market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction over the past few years. In December, we opened our new restaurant Icanders, and this spring we have further invested in our online sales by installing pickup lockers. Our driving force is to offer the best for our customers, and we work every day to meet customer demands regarding assortment, service, and price.

We are now looking for someone who can take our presence on social media to the next level during our growth journey. We are looking for a driven, creative, and solution-oriented media producer to create and publish content (photo, video, text) primarily for our social media and other digital channels, but marketing for printed materials will also be involved. You will have great freedom to shape our digital presence and related strategic work. You will also have a larger marketing responsibility for our external digital communication in consultation with the management team and ICA's central advertising department. Requirements for the position:

• Relevant education and/or work experience in a similar role
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Strong language skills and good knowledge of photography, image, and video editing

The position is a permanent position at 75-100%.

A 6-month probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement. The position requires you to be present in the store.

About ICA Maxi Västervik:

The company was founded in Västervik in 1994 and became ICA Maxi in 2011 when the store moved to its current premises in the Ljungheden trading area. The store has an annual turnover of approximately 500 million SEK and has around 130 employees, nearly 200 during the summer period. Our goal is to be the best trading place for groceries in northern Kalmar County, and we offer a wide range of fresh produce and grocery items, both in-store and online. In collaboration with Maxi Special, we also offer a large selection of home goods. We have a manual fish and delicatessen counter, our own bakery and pastry shop, as well as a restaurant.
